John and Sylvia Riggins opened the doors in 1982, and Riggins has done South Florida seafood the honest way ever since — real Maryland-style Chesapeake blue crab, steamed and dusted, cracked with a mallet on a yard of paper, best with a cold beer and the locals around you. There's a fresh seafood market out back, too. Not a tourist frozen-snow-crab spot — the real thing, just off I-95.

I've eaten seafood all over Florida — I'll never pass this exit off I-95 again. Belly up to the bar, order the Chesapeake blue crab, and stay for the sushi night.
